Above Posts are required as per following.

AREA BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT HEADS REQUIRED IN OUR All AREAS OFFICES.

Graduate preferably B.Com / Postgraduate degree preferably in Business / Banking or equivalent from an HEC recognized university. Minimum 12-15 years of experience in financial institution or related sectors as liability management roles.

SKILL SET REQUIREMENT

Post requires an extensive knowledge of SBP prudential regulations and other regulatory requirements, conversant with Bank’s environment of best practices & market norm of Business Development, proven track record of driving business strategies.

BDE, BDM and BDO posts are required Pan Pakistan.

Bachelor’s or Master degree in Banking /Finance/Management/Commerce /Marketing/Economics.

BDE : 5 to 10 years’ Experience in Banking as Liability will be preferred. Expertise in Selling

Financial Products.

BDM : 3-5 Years’ Experience in Banking preferred for (BDM)
BDO : 1-3 Years’ Experience in Banking/Marketing experience. (BDO)

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Job Objective:

Responsible for Liability business growth, Planning, lead branch effectively to ensure achievement of Sales and profitability objectives.

Business Growth

Manage Liability portfolio and client relationships of the branch.
Responsible for deposit mobilization and NTB account Opening.
Achieve agreed sales target as assigned by the Management.
Provide highest level of customer service.
Liaise with existing and prospective clients to provide banking advice on Apna Micro Finance Bank products and services in line with the customers Transactional, Borrowing, Saving and Protection need.
Responsible for Cross Referring Apna Micro Finance Bank Solutions in order to meet customers present and latent needs.
Strict adherence to KYC/ AML Guidelines, account opening policy & procedures, SBP policies & Circulars/ Manual.
Complete adherence to Sales Process and Sales Maximizers.

Job Specifications.

Good Time Management and able to meet targets and deadlines.
Good sales and negotiation skills.
High level mobility as majority of the time shall be spent in the field.
Energetic and self-motivated
